Foundation Director & President: Bobby Lent Bobby Lent assumed the lay position as President and Chairman of the Board of the North Peninsula Jewish Campus Supporting Foundation in 2002 and is now chair of the new Campus Executive Committee (appointed by the foundation board), responsible for all construction, operations, fundraising, financing, and investing for the foundation. He's also presently Chairman of Traiana, Inc., an enterprise software company based in San Mateo, CA, with R&D in Tel Aviv, Israel. Traiana is the leader in Trading Relationship Management software.
In early 1995, Mr. Lent Co-founded Ariba (Nasdaq: ARBA), a software company, now the leader in Enterprise Spend Management. Until 2000, Mr. Lent led Ariba's marketing, business development and corporate development activities. Prior to that, he held senior positions at Inmac, Quantum and Softbridge Microsystems.
Mr. Lent is the president of the Levine-Lent Family Foundation, focused on community Jewish Day School education and on pluralism in Israeli education. He and his wife, Fran, are one of 14 partners in the Partnership for Excellence in Jewish Education. He's also a member of the Israel Venture Network and serves on the numerous boards including the Jewish Community Federation of San Francisco. Mr. Lent received his Bachelors at U.C.
